In Memoriam: Tony Silverston 1948 – 2020

It was with great sadness that we had to report that Harrow RA member, Tony Silverston, Hertfordshire, London & Middlesex FA Level 6 referee, passed away over the weekend at the very end of March in Barnet Hospital after being admitted with Coronavirus, having contracted it on an evening out with friends at a local pub.

Tony was on the Referees’ Panels of a number of Leagues within local counties, covering the matches of Middlesex teams on a regular basis and often attending our Harrow RA meetings. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this terrible time
