Our Aim

Our Aim is to provide information, support and an environment for referees in an around the Harrow area to share their experiences and improve their enjoyment when refereeing.

Our Story

We were formed in the 1935/36 season and celebrated our 75th Anniversary in 2010/11 when we had FIFA World Cup Assistant Referee Phil Sharp and England International Stuart Pearce as our guests.

We are one of the largest associations in the country and we meet every month at Rayners Lane FC, Tithe Farm Sports & Social Club, 151 Rayners Ln, Harrow HA2 0XH.

Harrow & District Society of Association Football Referees was founded on 9th October 1935 later changing its name to Harrow Referees' Association.

David has been a stalwart of Harrow RA for many years and his knowledge and experience are invaluable to all colleagues.

Young Referees' Officer

Garrett leads our young referees' section with meetings starting at 7 p.m. on Thursdays or 7.30 p.m. on Mondays.

He gained promotion with Middlesex FA from Level 7 to Level 6 last season and is the holder of the Harrow Referees' Association Young Referee of the Year 2019.
