Ceri spoke about her journey so far in refereeing, culminating in her appointment to the FIFA List at the age of 23 (the minimum age for that honour) and some of the things she has done/seen and gave us an expert’s insight into assisting with comms etc at a higher level.  Ceri also gave a presentation on Managing Confrontation. Members present thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening, including the great video clips and were able to ask many interesting questions of Ceri. Before the main meeting was a Young Referees’ Development Meeting which started at 7:30 p.m. for referees aged 14 to 26 years old. Parents are welcome to attend if driving someone to the meetings.
